Part Time Administrator – Term time
This role is to join the senior management team in an established educational setting, and working within the School Office, car owner driver due to location parking on site.
This is a Part-time role (term time only), 20 hours a week, plus 5.6 weeks paid holiday. The total annual salary will equate to £12,696. Start date asap.
To perform a range of secretarial and administrative tasks as required by the Deputy Heads.
Including coordination of the calendar and forward planner
- Support the administration of the Co-Curricular programme (clubs and activities).
- Liaise with key staff in the creation of the calendar.
- Setting up termly forward planners.
- To ensure that paperwork for trips, including risk assessments are completed in a timely fashion.
- Co-ordinate the calendars of members of SMT particularly with regards to parental meetings and potential pupil interviews.
- To support the scholarship application process.
- Liaise with senior school admissions.
- To assist with the monitoring and tracking of pupil data.
- Maintaining consent forms and co-ordinating consent received from parents in co-ordination with the Admissions Registrar.
- Providing data for Governors.Â
- Supporting registrar with mail out of new pupil information (handbooks etc) at the start of term.
- Updating ISI portal with policies.Â
- Producing grade matrixes for end of term certificates.
- Work closely with HR, ensuring that new starters have had a full induction process.
- To undertake any appropriate training as part of the professional development programme including familiarisation with ISAMs and School Assessment programmes.
- Maintaining the pupil monitoring sheet - adding termly test scores.
- Setting up data in GL Assessment - assigning tests on a termly basis, collating results for staff and consequently ISI data portal. Rolling up pupil data annually.
- Liaising with Atom Learning regarding pupil accounts - setting up tasks for new international pupils in the summer term.
- Setting up half-termly reporting cycles in ISAMS and responding to issues/queries. Ordering CE and CASE practice and exam papers.
