Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Haywards Heath, RH16
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client, a highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in their busy Haywards Heathoffice.
The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and generating new business.
The perfect candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual, who has a strong desire to succeed, a strong background in Residential Estate Agency and a winning mindset.
We are looking for an individual who is smart, well-spoken and articulate and lives locally with links to the local community.
The Company: Our client is a highly successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in Greater London, Surrey and Sussex who specialise in residential property sales.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiatorrole will include:
- Residential sales experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent spoken and written English
