Senior Property Manager - Brighton

Location: Brighton (Office-Based)

Salary: £29,000 + Commission - (Realistic) OTE £40,000 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Full UK Driving Licence Required - Parking Permit Provided

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next step in a leading property management team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded lettings company in Brighton, offering a structured career path, professional training, and an outstanding benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all property management matters, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties predominantly residential with a HMO’s.
  • Oversee property inspections, inventories, check-outs, and maintenance.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, licenses, and legal requirements.
  • Preparing section 21’s and 8’s.
  • Manage tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and void property processes.
  • Work closely with landlords to maximise client retention and service satisfaction.
  • Support junior property managers with training and guidance.
  • Book in gas safety certs, EPC’s, EICR’s and fire risk assessments.
  • Keep up to date with industry changes and ARLA Propertymark accreditation

To apply for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven property management experience in residential lettings.
  • Full UK driving licence (company car or allowance provided).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using in-house CRM systems - Alto and Goodlord would be an advantage.
  • ARLA Level 3 qualification required or a willingness to complete it (fully funded by the company.)
  • Experience managing maintenance, compliance, and tenancy renewals.
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills.
