Job Summary

The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on recruitment activities to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their recruitment needs and inquiries.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review recruitment strategies and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client specifications.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and hiring process.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Account Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and generate new business.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Share client feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate placements, and other relevant data.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Skills:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
