We have an exciting opportunity for Regional Housing Lead to join our regional leadership team in the South Region.
You'll be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and direction to multiple neighbourhood housing teams, whilst working with colleagues in Clarion Repairs along with other internal stakeholders, to deliver the Proactive Place and Proactive Relationship Management approaches for customers.
You'll set and work within your regional budgets and foster a performance-based culture focused on resident satisfaction and delivering positive outcomes for customers. As well as developing and delivering local operational plans which meet our objectives and the Customer strategy.
We'll look to you to deliver exceptional resident engagement initiatives, and to develop positive relationships with stakeholders that embody collaboration and drives service improvement.
To be successful, you'll be energetic, display a passion for social housing and excellent customer service and demonstrate an ability to develop high performing teams that share your passion and vision.
If you have experience of leading tenancy teams with a track record of managing and leading neighbourhood management services and either hold an appropriate CIH (or equivalent) qualification in housing management, or are committed to complete one within 24 months of starting the role then we wish to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Haywards Heath. The role will cover a vast geographical area with the expectation to be on the road or in our office several times a week.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
