The Deputy Home Manager will:
- Lead on clinical governance and compliance.
- Ensure the health and safety of all residents is assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated.
- Motivate and inspire the care team to deliver high standards of care.
- Communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams.
- Implement action plans for improvement and maintain a reputation for high-quality care.
