A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to join one of Adecco Public Sector's most improved housing clients in a temporary role for the next three months, with the possibility of extension.

Working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), our client is based in Haywards Heath in West Sussex but this role is hybrid working, so you will need to be in their office just two days each week.

Reporting into the Head of Housing, the Temporary Accommodation Team Leader will oversee the provision, management, and continuous improvement of temporary housing services, ensuring they meet legal requirements, deliver excellent customer service, and provide value for money.

This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of housing legislation, experience in contract and procurement management, and the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
