Our partner school arelooking for a committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join thedynamic team and support thestudents in overcoming their challenges. The school is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive, regardless of their personal challenges.

About the Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with challenging behaviours
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential
  • Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive learning experience for all students
  • Work closely with the SENCo, behavioural support staff, and external professionals to create personalised learning plans
  • Monitor and track student progress, adapting your teaching methods as needed to ensure success
  • Provide emotional and social support, helping students build confidence and self-esteem

About You:
We are looking for a teacher who is:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent but not essential)
  • Experienced in working with children who display challenging behaviours, ideally within a Key Stage 2 setting
  • Confident in using positive behaviour management techniques and strategies
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive in creating a positive learning atmosphere
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and ensuring they receive the best possible education
