An opportunity to lead a small and friendly finance team in a family run business based in the Heanor, Derbyshire  area on a "temp to perm" basis.

                Key Points:

-              Early finish every Friday! (1.15pm!)

-              Hybrid role – up to 2 days per week working from home

-              Lots of free onsite parking

-              Finish at 430pm each day – no long hours (car park gates close so you need to be out of the office and off home)

-              This is a varied role in a small family business where everyone helps each other out and covers each other etc.

-              This is a temp to perm role (paid monthly on the companies payroll)

This is a varied role where you will be involved in month end, management accounts, accruals, prepayments as well as some payroll cover, supporting with HR (there is an external HR advisory company used so you don’t need any experience in HR).

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role (month end, journals, accruals etc). You will also oversee a payroll person so experience managing a small monthly payroll (20 people) would be great.
