This exciting primary Teaching Assistant vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to work in a lovely and supportive school with lots of variety.
This post will require you to work across the infants and the juniors on a full time basis.
Teaching Assistants responsibilities and duties
You will be expected to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may be struggling academically, SEN pupils and with pupils who are behaviourally challenging.
You will be expected to support the teaching and learning and follow the school’s policies and procedures.
To be considered for the Teaching role you should have:
- Recognised teaching assistant qualification
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
- Strong subject knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
