About the Role:

We are looking for caring and committed individuals to join our team as Children’s Residential Support Workers. This is a rewarding role where you will support young people with autism and associated learning difficulties in a nurturing and structured residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.? Assist with daily routines, personal care, and activities.? Support the emotional and social development of young people.? Work within safeguarding guidelines and care plans.? Engage in household tasks and maintain a safe, homely environment.? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and teachers.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience in residential childcare (preferred but not essential).?? NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (preferred) or willingness to work towards it.?? Patience, resilience, and a caring nature.?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.?? A commitment to promoting independence and positive outcomes for young people.
