Location: Heathfield, TN21

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An exciting position for an experienced Sales Manager to run the Sales department of a highly regarded vibrant award-winning independent property company with local offices in the East Sussex area.

Our client is looking for an experienced, proactive, driven and personable sales manager to maintain and grow the business.

This is a senior role so previous experience in Residential Sales, of running and managing a department and of dealing with staff motivation and marketing will be seen as essential qualifications.

Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:

  • Significant experience in a residential sales
  • Proven track record in valuations and building new business
