An exciting Performance Marketing Manager role with an FMCG wellness business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies, developing ad-creatives and analysing campaign effectiveness and product performance.

Client Details

A wellness business undergoing an exciting period of growth, they are now looking for a Performance Marketer to join their team! They have a huge commitment to quality and have established a strong market presence with wellness being at the heart of everything! Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies
  • Identifying and targeting customers through data-driven insights and using A/B testing
  • Creating compelling content for campaigns.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance of marketing campaigns
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Optimising marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising using web analytics tools.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Demonstrable experience in Google ad platforms is advantageous
  • Proficiency in major digital and print marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
