- Understanding of waste water treatment works and associated processes
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Proven track record of ensuring site health and safety compliance
- Experience in preparing and managing site documentation
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field
