Job Description:

Recruit UK are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paraplanner Team Leader to join a highly respected and thriving Financial Planning firm based in Sussex. Due to continued business growth, our client is expanding their team and is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide advanced support to their friendly and dynamic team.

As a Senior Paraplanner Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the firm’s continued success, providing advanced technical support, managing complex cases, and fostering the growth of a skilled team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all senior technical support.
  • Oversee and manage complex financial planning cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting professional development and excellence.
  • Prepare bespoke suitability reports and client financial plans.
  • Attend client meetings when complex issues arise
  • Assist the Investment Director
