  • Technically confident with systems like MarketMan, RotaCloud, and Excel

Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in delivering consistently beautiful and delicious dishes
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team during busy services and day-to-day operations
  • Oversee training, recipe rollouts, and briefings to maintain high standards
  • Manage kitchen rotas, food safety systems, and health and safety compliance
  • Assist in cost management and maintaining budgeted GP without compromising quality
  • Contribute to menu development, event support, and team collaboration across departments
