- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Manage Microsoft 365 suite, including user administration, email setup, and troubleshooting.
- Administer hybrid Active Directory/Entra systems, handling user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
- Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and patches, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions, safeguarding critical data and facilitating disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with teams to meet ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards, performing audits and implementing security measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven IT administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux proficiency.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network administration expertise.
- Familiarity with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
