Are you a Solicitor with a strong background in infrastructure and development projects? Our client is seeking an In-House Infrastructure Solicitor to join their growing In-House legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and development projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of infrastructure and development high-end project work, providing expert legal advice to stakeholders.
  • Advise on and manage construction and infrastructure-related contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive project success.
  • Provide strategic legal support on large-scale projects, helping the business navigate complex legal frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
  • Applicants with both an In-House or Private Practice background will be considered
  • Solid experience in infrastructure and construction law, including advising on major projects and development work.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex legal matters.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
