The firm is currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). You'll be joining a high-performing team handling high-value residential properties ranging from £800k to £10m. This is a unique opportunity to manage exclusive transactions without the pressure of business development or carrying a following.
Working within one of two Residential Property teams, you'll collaborate with a group of 5 fee earners, 1 paralegal, and 4 assistants. The team's culture is supportive and collaborative, allowing for both individual and group success. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of approximately 15 new files per month
- Handling high-value transactions for properties ranging from £800k to £10m
- Working closely with paralegals and legal assistants in a 1-2-1 setup
- Attending site visits, ensuring a local presence and client connection
