You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing heating systems across the South East. You will ensure all work complies with industry standards, health and safety regulations and company procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and Maintenance: Perform routine service and maintenance on heating systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs to restore heating systems to full functionality.
  • Technical Surveys: Conduct technical surveys to plan and cost service and breakdown work effectively. Capture all relevant details and photos to assist in pre-costing the work.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, solutions, and any necessary follow-up actions. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise team members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and complete work to current regulations and OHM standards.
  • Material Management: Support the ordering of materials needed for service and breakdown tasks, considering cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Documentation: Ensure all relevant information regarding service and breakdown jobs, including surveys, daily reports, and photos, is uploaded to the CRM. Complete all required paperwork to a high standard.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and practices, completing relevant risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

The Person

  • Experience in the Renewables industry, predominantly GSHP and ASHP, will be a great advantage for this role.
  • Unvented Qualification – essential.
  • Gas Level 3 NVQ – preferred.
  • Qualifications in low temp heating/heat pumps – preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
