Restaurant and Bar Manager Ideal Profile:
- A natural leader with experience in premium or fine dining restaurant management
- Passionate about food, wine, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Skilled in building and mentoring small, high-performing teams
- Comfortable with stock control, budgets, and using digital systems such as ResDiary and POS platforms
- Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident in communicating with guests and team members alike
Restaurant and Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-of-house team during service, ensuring seamless and structured delivery
- Train, mentor and brief the team to deliver consistent, warm hospitality
- Oversee stock management, compliance and rotas to align with service standards and budget
- Build strong relationships with repeat guests and develop VIP engagement
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure harmony between food and service
- Take ownership of fine wine service, including a leading English wine offering
