We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant who has a strong passion for Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our owners and guests while ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are met promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
  • Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies.
  • Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.

About you:

Experience:

  • Barista: 1 year (required)
  • Mixologist: 1 year (required)
  • Food safety: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
