- Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on curriculum and lesson plans for Lean Manufacturing bootcamps.
- Conduct interactive and practical training sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to bootcamp participants.
- Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the program team to continuously improve the bootcamp experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in lean manufacturing.
- Qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
