Opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join our leading FM company .
We require an electrician (preferably with good knowledge of HVAC and electrical maintenance and testing) to carry out installation, repairs and testing on commercial properties predominantly in North East , but happy to travel to Cumbria and North Yorkshire when required.
Rate of pay:
- 40 hrs per week
- Overtime available
- This will be determined by experience
Experience & Qualifications:
Preferred but not essential:
- City and Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (Electrical Installations) or alternative evidence of electrical skills set qualification.
- City and Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent)
- AM2
- Experience in carrying out testing and inspection, reactive maintenance works and installation works
- Fire Alarm testing
- Fault finding
- Experience of working with the general public.
- Will have a full driving licence
- General Health and Safety responsibilities
- Asbestos Awareness
- IPAF
- PASMA
Salary and Perks
£42,000 - £46,000.00 Depending on qualifications/certs and experience
