£20-£22 PER HOUR

Our Care Home is a registered general residential and nursing Care Home close to local shops, a Post Office and a range of coffee shops and restaurants served by good road and public transport links.

Right Search Recruitment are looking for a Registered Nurse to join a professional, friendly Team in this home working 36 - 48 hours per week on days or night shifts and the right Candidate will be offered a highly competitive package together with superb management support and progression if required.

This is a great time to join this amazing home which scores GOOD on the CQC. You will be working with a fantastic home manager and stable team as a Night Nurse. This position offers an hourly rate of £20-£22 per hour, all training will be provided and lots of opportunity for career progression if desired.

RMN nurses can be considered if clinical and happy to work in this setting

This flagship home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for older people.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake medication administration
  • Carry out all duties in a safe manner
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care for each resident
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff
  • Ensure that individuals are safe-guarded in accordance with 'No Secrets' legislation,
  • Promote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies
  • Ensure that the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (or equivalent) and all other regulatory standards
  • Ensure individuals receive a nutritious balanced diet and adequate hydration in accordance with their plan of care
  • Provide coaching, training and support to junior staff when applicable
