We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our lovely team on either a full time or part-time, permanent basis based in Hebburn. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour.

We are extremely proud to offer very distinct and specialised case management services for adults and children recovering from an acquired / traumatic brain injury, spinal or catastrophic injuries and associated disabilities or conditions.
The Support Worker Role:
We are recruiting for a number of support workers to support a 12 year old boy living with his family in his own home. The client is a wheelchair user and requires support with all aspects of personal care and daily living. The client enjoys gaming, cinema, sports and comedy.
The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, personal care, social and recreational activities, and empowering him to be as independent as possible.
What we are looking for in our Support Worker:
Flexible support is required. Hours are available before school, after school and weekends. There are increased hours up to full time available during school holidays.
We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualised support. A positive, flexible approach and good sense of humour is desirable. Previous care experience with young adults is preferred but not essential.
The client requires full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care.
The successful applicants will receive full training for this role, input from therapists and regular supervision by the Case Manager.
Driver with full UK License essential.
