If so, we want to hear from you!Our client, based in Hebden Bridge are committed to exceeding expectations and delighting their clients. As a trusted partner in demand creation, their goal is to be the ‘go-to’ telemarketing company for their clients, delivering exceptional service and high-quality results.As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will report directly to the Operations Director and work as part of the Operations Team. You will serve as the last line of defence for the company,  ensuring that all leads meet their internal high standards before being delivered to clients. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.We are looking for someone with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude, who is comfortable speaking with clients, attending hand over calls, updating actions, and handling meeting details. You will need to be highly focused, adaptable to last-minute changes, and capable of making objective decisions under pressure.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Review & Quality Control: Evaluate all submitted leads to ensure accuracy and adherence to campaign objectives.
  • CRM Management: Write up and update all CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Risk & Performance Feedback: Provide timely feedback to Programme Managers and Directors on potential risks and failed leads.
  • Training & Coaching: Highlight strong calls for training purposes, support the up-skilling of new hires, and provide ongoing coaching to frontline staff.
  • Client Interaction: Attend hand over calls, ensure lead acceptance, and communicate updates to the CRM, Sales Enablement Team, Programme Managers, and Directors.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in on-boarding and campaign setup, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and lead criteria.
  • Lead Generation Support: Where possible, support calling and lead generation efforts.
