- Lead Review & Quality Control: Evaluate all submitted leads to ensure accuracy and adherence to campaign objectives.
- CRM Management: Write up and update all CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Risk & Performance Feedback: Provide timely feedback to Programme Managers and Directors on potential risks and failed leads.
- Training & Coaching: Highlight strong calls for training purposes, support the up-skilling of new hires, and provide ongoing coaching to frontline staff.
- Client Interaction: Attend hand over calls, ensure lead acceptance, and communicate updates to the CRM, Sales Enablement Team, Programme Managers, and Directors.
- Process Improvement: Assist in on-boarding and campaign setup, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and lead criteria.
- Lead Generation Support: Where possible, support calling and lead generation efforts.
