Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Halifax. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy all things Customer Service, this role is ideal for you!

Please note - This is not a call centre role.

The role:

  • Ensure all calls are answered within 10 seconds and emails responded to within 1 hour of receipt.
  • Log all customer details as well as the conversations information.
  • Provide follow up calls to all customers.
  • Follow up any outstanding quotations for service and equipment calls.
  • Pass on any queries to the correct department.
  • Follow company procedures when handling any complaints.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload.
  • Strong customer service knowledge.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Strong attention for accuracy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, on a two-week pattern, 8am - 4.30pm then 8.30am - 5pm.

This is a fully office-based role.
