Description
The successful accounts assistant will be responsible for:
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, supplier statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring that payments are made on time
- Processing of credit card transactions and staff expense claims
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Maintain communications and good relationships with customers and suppliers
- Manage accounts email inbox and post
Profile
The successful accounts assistant will have:
- Immediatly available
- Previous experience in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to attend Hemel Hempstead office
