Job Title - Architect

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a building and civil engineering company in their search for an Architect The role is for an Architect, who can comfortably commute to Hemel to assist with the construction of 7 live projects ranging from power facilities and commercial offices. This is a hybrid role and remote working is available. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract.

• All 7 projects are in construction phase and have gone through the initial design stage. So this role will require someone who has experience at the back end.
• Will be more constructional support, with RFI's ect. Ideally someone who is client facing would be great.
• Looking after detailing / drawings
• Respond to contractor / client requests

• 10 year's experience
• Revit based and very proficient, we will provide a Revit test for successful candidates.
• Experience in commercial or industrial rather than residential.
• Ability to run a project and directly respond to contractor / client requests. The candidate will have their own project to run.
• Based at least 4 days in the office at Hemel Hempstead (ideally)
• Contract based 3 months (renewable).

• This assignment will be paid on a day rate
• start on an initial 6-month contract - potential perm
