A dynamic architectural practice based in Hertfordshire is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their innovative team. The RIBA-chartered practice, known for its creative approach to design and a diverse portfolio of projects, is looking for a driven individual who can lead and manage projects from concept to completion.

The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post qualification and should be comfortable managing a team. You will enjoy running projects through all RIBA stages and will have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• Proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages
• Lead a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings
• Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
• Must live within Hertfordshire
