Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB registered with substantial UK based experience.
  • Relevant project experience- those with purely a Residential background will not be considered.
  • Lead and manage data centre projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical precision.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to maintain the integrity of the design intent and address construction challenges.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, with a focus on data centre design and sustainable building practices.
  • Substantial years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data centres or similar high-tech facilities.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive and precise project documentation.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
