Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: 12.60 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent (after 3-month probationary period)
Holidays: 33 days per year
Our client is a market leader in door opening solutions, designing, manufacturing, supplying, installing, and servicing automatic swinging, sliding, and revolving pedestrian doors across the UK. Through continued growth and high demand for their services, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their Supply Chain team in Hemel Hempstead.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and process orders through our SAGE system
Handle phone calls from customers and deal with inquiries
Liaise with other depots within the business
Support the sales representatives and technical team
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Good telephone manner
Ability to work within a team
Desirable Criteria:
Knowledge of SAGE order entry (training provided)
Product build experience
Strong knowledge of relevant parts and components
Interviews will be conducted via Teams during the week commencing April 14th, with an intended start date of April 22nd.
