Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / VALUER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Gerrards Cross, SL9
Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced instruction winning Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to work for and independent estate agency in the Gerrards Cross area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property as well as having the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch wins valuable new business, is profitable, and retains current clients and delivers exceptional customer service.
You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven and focused. You will need to be able to thrive in a faced-paced, pressurised environment.Â
Previous experience in Residential Estate Agency is essential, and the ideal candidate will currently be at Senior Sales Negotiator level and have significant instruction winning skills.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuerrole will include:
- Previous experience in residential property sales – Estate Agency
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Gerrards Cross area is preferred
