Property Manager - High Wycombe

An independent agency covering South Bucks is looking for a Property Manager for their expanding and thriving business in High Wycombe. This role is office based and is open to someone with experience of the Property Management process.

  • Managing a portfolio of properties around high Wycombe & South Buckinghamshire.
  • Fostering good relationships with owners and residents to ensure great customer service.
  • Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instructing approved contractors.
  • Act as liaison between owners, residents, contractors.
  • Arrange property visits to undertake property reviews via video to owners and identify maintenance issues and recommendations, including potential for refurbishments.
  • Co-ordinating with property management and maintenance team to ensure properties are in line with standards.

Property Manager requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Great technology skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally with an in-depth understanding of property management processes.
  • MUST have a full UK driving licence.
