A very successful business within the aerospace industry, are looking for a bright and confident candidate to join their office in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a naturally organised candidate who shows great motivation, takes initiative, and is proactive in their approach to work.

In return, you will learn everything about the industry whilst supporting their UK Senior Sales Director with the day-to-day administration needs, in a busy and supportive environment.

What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide day to day admin support to Senior Sales & Purchasing Manager

· Collating of quotes and market data via telephone and email – high volume, 100+ per day

· Data entry of quotes and market data into company inventory system to identify usage trends that will assist stock purchasing

· Processing Sales and Purchase Orders and coordinating order shipping of on behalf of the Sales Manager

· Deliver high quality customer service and responses to customers and vendors alike

What the employer is looking for:

· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, high volume calls and data entry

· Confident user of Excel

· Excellent organisation and administration skills

· Good confident telephone manner and communication skills

· Able to work independently and under own initiative

· High energy level, sense of urgency and self-motivated

· Excellent attention to detail

· Team player with a good sense of humour

· There is a medium sized dog in the office, so you must like dogs!
