Are you the right person for the job?

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, with a track record of managing online retailers and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and relationship-building
  • A results-driven mindset, always seeking ways to improve and grow professionally

What will your role look like?

Channel Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting e-commerce interiors stores and marketplaces
  • Build lasting relationships with online retailers, unlocking new opportunities and driving mutual growth

Account Management

  • Act as the go-to contact for key accounts, providing them with resources, support, and strategic guidance to boost their sales of Muraspec products
  • Negotiate terms, product placements, and promotions to secure prime positioning for our wallpapers

Sales Performance & Growth

  • Set and exceed sales targets across all channels, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and adapt to changing trends
  • Optimise product inventory and selection to align with market demand and customer preferences

Product Presentation & Merchandising

  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance product listings with top-notch images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content
  • Partner with the Design Team to ensure new launches and seasonal collections shine across all digital touchpoints

Digital Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns, promotional offers, and cross-channel partnerships to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Work alongside digital marketing teams to maximise reach through paid ads, influencer collaborations, and compelling content marketing

Analytics & Reporting

  • Dive deep into sales metrics, preparing regular performance reports that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement

Customer Experience & Support

  • Collaborate with Customer Service to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, ensuring all inquiries and issues are promptly addressed

Competitive Analysis & Industry Trends

  • Stay on top of wallpaper trends, industry developments, and emerging channels to continuously refine our strategy and identify new growth areas
