Standard Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst(Asbestos Consultant):

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications are mandatory for all candidates.
• Demonstrated industry expertise in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
• The more experience is always better but my client is open to guiding and growing the skills you already have to fit the role.
• Proficient in air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
• Thorough knowledge of UK asbestos legislation.
• Competent in IT skills and experience with TEAMS systems.

Key Responsibilitiesfor an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst/Asbestos Consultant:

• Assess Asbestos removal, detect debris and ensure continuous compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
• Manage specific client accounts and communicate effectively with clients and line managers for site operations.
• Process samples efficiently and generate timely final reports.
• Proactively engage in professional development through monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
• Aid in the training of less experienced team members.
