Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Initiate engagement with potential retail and hospitality clients.
- Tailor product solutions to precisely fit client needs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for achieving specific sales targets.
- Develop significant contacts and networks within the UK retail and hospitality industries.
- Successfully negotiate and seal deals, promoting our digital solutions.
- Utilize a proactive approach to discover new business opportunities.
- Enhance sales within our existing retail client base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Minimum of 5 years in complex software sales.
- Background in the retail or hospitality sectors.
- Consistent record of surpassing sales targets.
- Independent, diligent, and well-organized.
- Skilled in building relationships, both in-person and remotely.
- Competent in explaining complex technical systems and processes.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Quick to adapt and learn new skills.
