We are working with a prestigious global Hemel Hempstead based healthcare organisation who are looking for interim cover for an experienced Content Creator with E- Learning skills to give support with the companies training and development.

The role is full-time, and office based - or hybrid - but must be able to commute to the office based in Hemel Hempstead on a regular basis.

This is an immediate start until September 2025.

You will be working as part of the team that are responsible for providing the full-training process to the organisations global sales division and who regularly conduct refresher training courses.

The training is conducted face to face and on-line - this will involve AI assessments and staff in training will also have a Vitual Reality (VR) headset.

The successful candidate will specifically be working on a project to overhaul and update the training methods making the material more engaging and interactive.

The role is open to experienced Content Creators with E-Learning experience but will also look at a more senior candidate who has VR and AI skills and experience.

The daily rate will depend on your level of experience.

Day to Day Responsibilities will include:

Create new and engaging E-Learning content for the Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Improve current E-Learning on the Learning Management Systems

Create AI Assessments

Support VR process

Candidate Specification:

Be an experienced Content Creator

Have experience with E -Learning training programmes

Ideally have VR & AI experience
