We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the Hemel Hempstead area for a forward thinking company. Operating our of their local offices they are looking for a team player who enjoys interacting with clients. This client is expanding and their development opportunities are vast for the right person.
The role would some suit someone who is used to dealing with high volume calls and ensuring that customer satisfaction is received. If there is an issue, dealing with that problem efficiently to gain an immediate resolution. You will come from an office background and have a good level of IT ability. Key tasks include, supporting the customer base and exceeding expectations. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls. You will receive the training necessary to help you succeed and the company prides itself on promotional opportunities within the organisation. You must enjoy working in a team based environment.
In return the company offer a salary of £25,000 - £26,000p.a.
