Join an established team at one of the world's leading data hosting companies! Who are currently seeking two Critical Shift Technicians to support their state-of-the-art facilities in Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate critical systems within the data centre.
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
- Experience in a business-critical environment such as data centres, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Ideally, candidates should be electrically biased. However, mechanically biased engineers with multi-skilled electrical experience will also be considered.
- Full technical qualification including City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to tackle challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding Benefits Package:
