TimePlan Education is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a school in Hemel Hempstead on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support, including to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Help with classroom management and create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support the preparation of classroom activities and learning materials.
  • Supervise students during break times and transitions between lessons.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
  • Experience and knowledge of SEN is highly desirable.
  • Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to commit to full school days, Monday to Friday.
