Our client isa rapidly growing and highly ambitious company, offering a unique opportunity for a Part-time PA to the Managing Director to join its dynamic team based in Hertfordshire. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of the PA to the Managing Director is to provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Director in organizing and meeting his daily objectives.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing PA/EA support to the MD and Directors
  • Opening posts and scanning or passing them to the relevant department
  • Arranging appointments at the Director’s request and organising diary entries
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
  • Liaising with other members of staff and external parties
  • Dealing with all emails effectively
  • Preparing expense claims for Directors (Excel)
  • Preparing monthly payroll figures for the external Payroll company in a timely manner (Excel) - dealing with any pay queries and any changes to pay when they happen
  • Calculating and distributing monthly commission statements for sales staff (Excel)
  • (Wages and commission - Collating the data for commissions from different computer-based sources, being able to move data between Excel spreadsheets) .
  • To include staff mileage expenses (reported through Factorial HR Portal)
  • Carrying out all tasks required relating to onboarding, offboarding and changes in contractual terms for staff (Factorial HR portal)
  • Updating monthly KPI figures for the Area Director (Excel)
  • Ordering stationery monthly for all offices
  • Organising Anti Money Laundering for staff
  • Keeping accurate records
  • As part of the role, you will be responsible for organising all events. So far this year, the client has done 5, but they have another one coming up, plus Halloween and Christmas. This includes all areas, from arranging the marquee to getting to the event, along with prizes for staff, etc.
  • Ad hoc duties that are just about being organised and knowing who to go to in order to get it done
