Our client, a high performing and dynamic growing organisation, is looking to source a charismatic Senior Finance Analyst, to join its talented team. This is a rare opportunity, due to impressive staff retention and talent planning, for a driven and ambitious individual to add significant value in this truly newly created commercial role.
This role will liaise heavily with Sales and Senior management; identifying best practices for pricing and contract negotiations. You must therefore, be able to demonstrate impressive influencing skills and have a proven track record working with various types of people outside of core finance. The right candidate will have previous pricing experience and be able to assist with shaping and structuring future pricing models; this will ultimately result in the right customer behaviour and deliver the additional revenue/increased profit margins for the business.
You must have strong knowledge of Excel and experience of minimising debt and maximising customer profitability. You will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills; including business process and data analytics.
