Contract: Outside IR35
Day rate: Up to £500 per day

Their client is going through a large digital transformation and require additional support with improving their customer experience.

The Analytics Implementation Specialist role supports their in-house Analytics Implementation Specialist in the delivery of digital data for use by their analysts as they create best-in-class insight across the Client's sites and apps.

Key technical skills / experience:

• Create tracking/ data layer specifications for their web and app engineers, working
• with them and performing QA once changes are built, with a particular focus on their
• Sales tribe.
• Build analytics/ marketing tagging in Google Tag Manager, and undertake thorough
• QA prior to deployment
• Ensure full legal compliance using their Consent Management Platform.
• Monitor data quality, investigating discrepancies and issues.
• Work with data engineers to ensure digital data is fed into the wider ecosystem,
• including their Customer Data Platform and personalisation partner.

• Extensive experience in the process flows associated with tracking design and
• build.
• Extensive experience in Google Tag Manager and the configuration of one or more digital analytics tools across websites and apps (ideally Amplitude)
• Extensive experience in the wider marketing stack (Google, Facebook, etc) and implementation of associated pixels.
• Strong understanding of privacy requirements where they relate to digital data, with experience in using OneTrust or similar Consent Management Platform.
• Ideally has knowledge of front-end coding languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
• Strong stakeholder manager, able to prioritise and communicate accordingly in a
• fast-paced, product-led organisation.
