Overview
Join a leading supplier of electrical products sold in the retail space, both online and in-store across the UK and overseas. Our client is seeking a driven Sales Administrator to support the growing sales team and customer base.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of important sales administration tasks, such as accessing customer portals, checking customer recharges, and updating internal sheets with product information. You'll also play a key role in processing sales orders, keeping consumer sales reports up to date, and completing new line forms for customers, ensuring smooth support for the sales process.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong eye for detail. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, have previous experience in a similar sales support role, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
