About the role:

As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for all the order processing and invoicing to our customers , data entry will be high and speed and accuracy is paramount. We consider this role to be the most important in the company as every transaction passes through you so will to be dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities as our Office Administrator will include:

路 Answering all Customer calls efficiently, professionally.

. Raise orders quickly and accurately and manage customer acknowledgements.

路 Responding to customer email enquiries appropriately, ensuring all replies are professional and correct.

路 Use dynamic, vibrant and enthusiastic methods to build rapports with customers providing a personal tailored experience.

路 Ensure all invoicing is done in a timely manor.

路 Great communication skills and listening skills, which you can demonstrate from any previous roles.

路 Communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels, both internal and external.

路 Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

路 Enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple tasks at the same time.

路 Loves learning and takes every opportunity to have feedback and use it to improve.
