Scheduling Manager
Location: HP2 6BJ
Salary: 27-30 per hour (via umbrella) | 40,000 per annum (if permanent)
Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Manager:
- Lead and support a team of 3 planners and 1 administrator.
- Manage and coordinate the diaries of 30 operatives, ensuring efficiency.
- Oversee the scheduling of reactive repairs, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Produce performance data (KPIs) to monitor and improve outcomes.
- Escalate issues related to compliance and health and safety.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and diversity.
We Are Keen to Speak to Scheduling Managers With:
- Proven experience managing teams in a scheduling or planning role.
- Knowledge of property maintenance operations, particularly reactive repairs.
- Strong skills in performance monitoring and operational systems.
- Excellent communication skills to foster rapport with teams and stakeholders.
This temporary position offers an hourly rate of 27-30 via umbrella and has the potential to become a permanent role with a salary of 40,000. The role is based at HP2 , with hybrid working available after the first month.
